ScaleOrbit AI Readiness Assessment

A concise, directional assessment to benchmark how ready your organization is to deploy applied, product-integrated AI that actually moves value—not just pilots and demos.

This is not a sales quiz. It’s the same lens we use with PE sponsors, CTOs, and CFOs: strategy, data, architecture, product, operations, governance, and commercialization.

⏱ ~6–8 minutes No data is sent anywhere unless you choose to share your results.

Start the assessment

For each statement, rate how strongly it reflects your current state today. Scores are not stored or transmitted — they’re for your internal use.

How it works

Rate each statement from 1 (not true today) to 4 (consistently true). You’ll move through one section at a time. At the end, you’ll see an AI readiness profile plus recommended focus areas.

Use this as a starting point for internal alignment. For boards, ICs, or transaction work, we run a deeper, evidence-based version of this across architecture, data, and operating model.

Answer scale

1 — Not in place

This is mostly not happening today, or only happening in pockets.

2 — Emerging

Some activity, but it’s inconsistent, fragile, or dependent on individuals.

3 — Repeatable

Generally in place, with clear ownership and predictable outcomes.

4 — Scaled

Strong and embedded; can be relied on even as you scale products, teams, and markets.

Treat this as directional, not precise. When in doubt, pick the lower score—that’s usually where the work is.

Step through the assessment

Move through each section in order. You can go back at any time before seeing results.

You’ll score 12 questions across:

Strategy • Data & Architecture • Product & Engineering • Operations & Change • Governance & Risk • Commercial model

Step 1 of 6 — Strategy & Use Cases

0/12 answered

1. Strategy & Use Cases

Is there a clear, prioritized strategy for where AI creates value in your business?

1.1 We have a clear view of where AI can move the needle in our business (e.g. margin, churn, NRR, cash cycle).

1.2 We’ve prioritized a small set of high-value AI use cases instead of a long list of ideas and pilots.
