Sumaya evaluates the real conditions on the ground and gives investment committees the clarity they need to validate assumptions before capital is deployed. Throughout her career, she has unified billion dollar digital portfolios, modernized enterprise platforms, reduced operating and licensing costs, strengthened control environments, and established delivery rhythms that create durable value.
